My wife Brenda and I founded New Level Church Consulting as a vehicle to help as many churches as possible, in as many ways as is possible, as often as is possible and for as long as possible. We began our pastoral ministry when I was twenty three. We had one year of Bible school and no church experience behind us. It didn't take us long before we realized that I needed help. Alot of help and fast. Unfortunately there wasn't alot of help available, especially the intense personal and professional help I required. The lack of help sent me on a personal journey for wholeness and personal competence. This proved no easy road. There were many long and lonely nights. Finally, we began to turn the personal and professional corner. I am proof of the observation "A person's greatest need becomes their greatest asset". Ministry flows from wells dug in obscurity and isolation, through hardship and difficulty. I have always placed a premium on one's experience. The conferences that we hold, the resources and ministry that we provide through New Level Church Consulting is the product of years of business and pastoral experience. The material developed is the result of years of research, reading, and reality. All of the materials were developed in a very active pastoral ministry. They work because I used them - they exceeded the need. The level of experience, expertise and excellence is the result of a personal journey taking place in the day-to-day pressure of ministry. Many churches and leaders over the years have expressed their gratitude for the wisdom, depth of insight, spiritual sensitivity and help that they and their congregations say they have received from the personal one-on-one relationship and the church conferences and consulting offered by us. I am confident that we can be of benefit to any church or leader who takes advantage of the ministry and resources made available through New Level Church Consulting.

Brenda's journey with the Lord Jesus brings her to a place of clarity of purpose, an anointing for ministry and a passion for destiny. After years of serving God, but not giving Him her whole heart, circumstances were ordered in her life that would bring her to a breaking point where she would surrender to the complete lordship of Christ. For 3 1/2 years, through the life of her daughter Rebekah, born with Downs Syndrome and suffering severe brain damage as a result of man's mistakes, God brought Brenda through the fire of adversity that ultimately freed her from her self-sufficiency and determination to go her own way. Her's is a story of heartache, pain and inner struggle that found complete and total victory through the cross of Christ. She found overcoming strength and grace in one of the darkest situations a mother could ever face. Rebekah went home to be with the Lord in 1989 and Brenda was released to minister in a greater dimension having "passed through" the fires of adversity with a greater understanding of God and His ways. Frank and Brenda are the proud parents of their daughter Miranda, who along with her husband Todd, live in Woodbridge, VA. Miranda continues to be the joy of their life and fills each day with the brightness of her smile and the sweet sound of her voice. Her spirit and very presence is more than any mother could hope for - she is truly a precious gift from God. With more than 30 years in full-time ministry, Brenda ministers with wisdom, strength and the spirit of a warrior, the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ. Her gift of exhortation enables her to not only equip, but motivate God's people to be all He intends them to be, both as individuals as well as Christian leaders. She will touch your heart, call you to Calvary's cross and send you forth as "more than conquerors".
