New Level Church Consulting can assist you on several levels.  

Level One
Resource person and friend.   We can converse by email, telephone, personal one-on-one fellowship.   We can learn and share ideas with each other.    

Level Two
Provide resource material.   The resources offered on the website, and others being developed, are produced out of an active pastoral ministry.   We provide the resources in printed form and on CD.   You can order both.

All resources come with a 14 day money back offer - provided they are in resale condition and haven't been coped, then returned for refund.  

Level Three
New Level Church Consulting can be scheduled to conduct conferences specifically designed to meet your target interest or need at the moment.

• Staff conferences
• Deacon, elders conferences
• Churchwide multi-conferences
• Retreats
• Relationship conference
• Marriage and family conference    

These conferences can be single or multi sessions ranging A-Z in topic coverage.   NLCC provides notes for each participant in the session.   NLCC will work with pastor in selecting the topics to be covered in these sessions.   The pastor will be assured of the quality and content before the conference begins.

Level Four
NLCC will provide a multi-level evaluation of the churches ministries, facility, systems, lay leadership, guest retention and assimilation, lay leadership development, outreach - with specific recommendation for each area.

The pastor can specify which areas are to be evaluated.   In addition to the evaluation NLCC can help with church conflict resolution and problem solving.

Cost for the evaluation is determined by how extensive an evaluation is requested.   Specific cost can be determined prior to the evaluation.

Level Five
Maximum impact has been achieved with what can be called a leader's weekend.   NLCC is scheduled for ministry beginning Friday evening with a possible appreciation banquet for workers and staff, then mullti sessions are scheduled for Saturday.   (One pastor had me do 12 one-hour sessions in one weekend - the result was a major breakthrough)   Breakout sessions can be scheduled as needed.   Ministry concludes with preaching on Sunday.

The cost for the weekend of ministry is expenses plus a love offering.   We ask churches to take care of transportation, room and meal cost, as well as printing cost for conference material.   We will let the church know cost upfront and ask them to meet those plus an appropriate love offering.
